Michael Sadowski is a multi Emmy Award-winning director of photography, cinematographer, and producer with over 30 years of experience in video production. His career is marked by a profound dedication to visual storytelling, earning him accolades such as the Society of Professional Journalists General Excellence in News Editing and Television Feature Photography.

Michael's extensive background includes significant assignments like covering the events of 9/11 in New York City and working as a helicopter gimbal camera operator during the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics and with Cineflex and FLIR camera systems.

In September 2020, Michael launched Napela Productions, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Since its inception, the company has seen tremendous growth, serving a diverse client base including the NBA, ABC News, University of Utah, The Larry H Miller Company and The Walt Disney Company. While his main expertise lies as a DP/Cinematographer, Michael also frequently takes on roles as a director and producer. His work spans numerous documentaries and includes contributions to renowned shows like 48 Hours and Relative Race. In 2023, Napela Productions expanded significantly by acquiring the Salt Lake-based operations of RHI (Ron Hill Imagery), broadening its client roster and extensive equipment capabilities.

Influenced by cinematographic masters like Sebastião Salgado, Roger Deakins, and Greig Fraser, Michael continues to push the boundaries of visual excellence in every project.

Pam brings a truly unique skill set to film production, stemming from over 25 years as a dance educator and choreographer. Her extensive artistic background instills unwavering passion, discipline, and a nuanced creative vision, shaping a distinct storytelling ability that enriches her filmmaking endeavors.

Further strengthening her capabilities, Pam's prior experience managing a dental and oral surgery office honed her exceptional leadership and organizational skills, which are now vital in guiding the daily operations of the production company.

A devoted mother and a proactive learner, Pam has diligently immersed herself in the film industry, gaining practical experience supporting productions, mastering behind-the-scenes roles, and contributing to company growth.
